2 new Songs

Hello Everyone,



Another update today. I have put up 2 new songs that I have been mixing. They are not mastered yet but here are some rough mixes. They will need remixing after I lay down the vocal tracks. The two new songs are "Darkened Halls" with vocals and "Angels" without the lyrics or vocals. We have 3 other songs in the works with vocal tracks. But we are still recording vocal and guitar tracks to these songs.

I noticed that we can only upload 6 songs to our myspace.com site. I have put together a temporary web site where the songs can be downloaded. you can reach that site at http://cpugod.synchro.net/alienrush This will be the permanent home for "Alienrush" in the future. I should have close to 5 songs on the site within the next few days.

Also, James has put up a video of us from 1989 when we first formed "Third Wish" with the title song "Third Wish" from our first Album in 1989. We shot this video down in Cedar City, Utah at the college. We then renamed the band about 2 years ago due to other bands claiming they had copyrights of the name. I believe they were 5 at the time. So no big deal we changed the name.

Well now,

Here is a new song that we are working on. Just a taste of the guitar work on this is over the top awesome. After listening to this it leaves me speechless aas to how good James Coray is on the guitar. I hope you enjoy this. We hopr to have vocals to it soon.

A Wish Away -

Well,

I stayed up late tonight until close to 6:00am working on the mix for the new song "A Wish Away" So I have posted it to the site and I hope everyone enjoys it. Spent the night with guitar player and song writer James Coray. Then took the tracks home to mix and master it. We originally wrote this song back in 1989. James Coray wrote the song in late 1987. We decided to record the song over since technology is much more advanced now since the days of the 4 track. Those were the days. But now thanks to technology we can make a 5 star *****record at home. Isn't technology just bitchin?

We created our site on 11/24/08. We are actively working on our new album. We currently do not have a title for it. We will continue to post blogs on our progress. Since we changed the name of the band we have found new inspiration to record some of our old material. Also, technology has advanced to the point where we can make incredible recordings by today's standards.
